Villa Margarita has two independent bedrooms: one bedroom with a large double bed and a loft bedroom with one single bed, accessible by a wooden ladder. It features an open plan space with fully equipped kitchen,  a dinning table, and sofa bed. The modern bathroom includes a stylish shower, hairdryer and hygiene amenities. 

The house offers a delightful private outdoor space that includes a pergola-covered sitting area, a lush lawn garden, and private parking.
