PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Rates are per villa and include V.A.T. and local tax. (Accommodation TAX: 2€ / night)

Standard Rate:

• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required at time of booking.
• The balance (70%) must be paid up to 30-days before arrival. (bank transfer)
• Full refund in case of cancellation 60 days prior the arrival date.
• In case of cancellation between 59-31 days prior the arrival date 50% of the total booking.
• In case of cancellation 30 days or less prior the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
• If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Rate: This type of booking requires payment for the entirety of the reservation at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

EXTRA PERSONS & CHILDREN POLICY

• An extra person can be accommodated in this villa at an additional charge of €15 per night
• A free baby cot  can be provided on request ( 0-2 years)
• Children of any age are welcome
• Children 3 years and above will be charged as adults at this property
